Provide accurate and complete registration details
Ensure that all information regarding BNG units is correct and up to date.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Listing and Transactions

Sellers may list BNG units for sale on the platform.
Buyers can browse listings and connect with sellers directly.
We act solely as an intermediary and do not facilitate or guarantee any transactions.

4.2 User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that their listings and transactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Misrepresentation of BNG units or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
Users are responsible for their own due diligence before completing transactions.

5. Fees & Payments

Currently, listing BNG units is free of charge.
Biounit Trader reserves the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Biounit Trader is a listing platform and does not verify or endorse any transactions.
We are not liable for any disputes, misrepresentations, or financial losses arising from transactions.
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that:

Engages in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
Violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
Uses the platform in a manner that is deemed harmful to other users or Biounit Trader.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here.
Users agree to the use of their information for communication, listing updates, and platform improvements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks on the platform belong to Biounit Trader.
Users may not copy, distribute, or use platform content without prior consent.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or courts in the United Kingdom.
